Question:
I have advanced gum disease and I lost my 4 top front teeth. It was hard for me due to the pain. The removable bridge is all I can afford
due to my coverage.
I've made five attempts to get the clips for the bridge to be moved back so it would not be noticable. I am 39 yrs old and so upset that eventually I am going to loose my teeth to gum disease. Is there a way that the clips could not be seen? I have a wide jaw and when I talk or smile it is noticeable (very).
I would rather pull them all out not to see the clips. The technician is not hearing my requests. You may call it vanity but I am in the beauty industry. I am crying every time I go to the dentist because I am always let down. Please help. ...Visitor from NY
Answer:
There are alternatives to the visible conventional "hooks". One of them is ClearWire made by Dental resources. Let your dentist know.
