All my teeth are falling apart. The Dr. said it is because one of the medicines that I take. So I was wondering if it would be better for me to just have them removed and have false teeth or the kind that have posts and are put in the gums. Is there a dentist that will do this, I can not afford to keep getting them fixed. Thank you. ... Visitor from IL

Answer:
First, what medicine are you taking? Second, even if you save some of your roots you will be better off in the long run. Roots maintain your jaws from shrinking.

You should get a few opinions, because I cannot tell you what is best for you without seeing x-rays and evaluating your mouth. Try to save what God gave you, at all cost!!!
