Many oral maxillofacial surgeons have the training to fix the nerve problem.
They are usually on the hospital's list. I would check the nearest
hospital's list.
Parathesia from extractions can happen due to trauma. Sometimes over a
period of months or years sensation comes back. Otherwise they try to
anastomose the nerve together.
