Wisdom Tooth causing Sinus Problems? I am 25 and I feel my top wisdom tooth is coming in on my left side on the top of my mouth. I have been having extreme pain on my cheek, the side of my neck and the side of my head. Sometimes I have pain in my sinuses as well. Is this because of my tooth? Can wisdom teeth cause pain on the side of my head, and give me sinus trouble? ....Visitor from IL (answer)
Sinus Lift caused by jawbone deterioration? I have 2 missing upper right molars. I'd like to get implants. The dentist that did the last extraction said that I need a bone graft for the first extracted tooth which was extracted less than a year ago. He said my sinus needs to be pushed up before the implant can be placed there. Can there be that much bone loss that quickly? He also said that if I only get one implant and then get a bridge again that the one implant will move. Is that true? ....Visitor from PA (answer)

Repairing Sinus Cavity Perforation: I had #14 tooth removed. Now my sinuses are leaking through my tooth hole. I now am told the tooth extraction caused a hole to my sinus. Implants - Sinus Pain: My mother had two dental implants 4 months ago and has suffered agonizing, almost daily sinus pain ever since. It is worse when her allergies are acting up. Sinus infection and TMJ: It seems like everytime I get a sinus infection my teeth on the right side of my mouth will not close down. Can a sinus infection cause the TMJ to do this? ....Visitor from TN (answer)
Implants and sinuses: About 2 years age I had 4 titanium implants implanted, 2 on both upper sides. I have been experiencing horrible pain to both sides of my head, high sensitivity to nose, also pain to right side of my jaw. I at times cannot eat and the pain is worse than a toothache. I have gone back to my dfentist and periodontist and they have me going in circles. Can the chances be that they probably damaged a nerve ot my sinus cavity? Ultimately I have gone to see a ENT doctor and he took a CT of the sinus. I should be getting results pretty soon. I don't know what is going on. ....Visitor from TX (answer)
