Question:
Swollen gums: When I sleep I bite down really hard and its starting to make my teeth really sensitive. But for the past week or so my gums have been really swollen.
I can barely eat they hurt so bad. It hurts too much to brush and bleed during the night. I went to my dentist he suggested new toothpaste so I changed but it didn't work. I seriously brush about 3 times a day helps a little. But my gums are still sevrely swollen.
My question is what can I do to take the swelling away? Please help!! Im hurting. ...Visitor from TX
Answer:
Your symptoms suggest gum disease.
Get a consult or two with some periodontists.
