Question:
I am interested of getting a Dental Implant, but first where do I start? Please advise. Any paperworks or what information do I need to gather from my employer Dental Insurance?
Answer:
Your first step to getting an implant should start with your general dentist
who can assess the location and evaluate you for proper bone support and
proper positioning for the new tooth replacement.
It is very important to make sure that you have adequate bone and space for a dental implant before treatment is started. They will usually take x-rays and models of you mouth to do proper planning. If you don't have a regular dentist who is familiar with this, check with the local dental society or look on line for a dentist in Fremont. Hope this helps.
