Question:
Tooth Implant: Please I want to know if a broken tooth can be removed and another tooth implanted there with the same color and shape.

Also if there will any side effects ...Visitor from Nigeria

Answer:
If a tooth needs to be extracted then having another tooth placed in its place, e.g. extracted wisdom tooth done at same time is called transplantation.

From what I have seen in the literature, this does not work very well. Usually in a year or so the replantation fails.
