FAQ:  Internal Resorption

Question:
My front tooth has suffered from internal resorption. The dead tissue was removed and it has been filled with Calcium hydroxide and some medicine. But the doctor says chance of survival are not more than 5%.

Can you tell me what are the options before me to retain my natural front tooth? ...Visitor from Ludhiana, Punjab (India)

Answer:
Your dentist has already done the only thing possible. You may want to have the procedure done up to three times with the CaOH.
