Question:
Jaw / Neck Pain: I have recently been having left side lower jaw pain.

It feels as if the muscles are sore. My neck also feels sore. I have noticed that my bite feels off on the left side.

Do you think I could be grinding? ...Visitor from NJ

Answer:
It is very likely that you are grinding or clenching your jaw, most likely at night.

This is very common and your symptoms sound as thought this may be the problem.

It is necessary that you have this examined as there are numerous other possibilities for all of the symptoms.
