Mini Implants Ask The Dentist Jeffrey Hoos Question:
MDI Implants: Can MDIs be used on upper dentures? ...Visitor from NJ

Answer:
To answer your question in general......yes.

IMTEC minis can be used to support a top denture as long as there is enough bone, you are healthy and the denture that you have in your mouth, fits properly.

I of course can not see you and can not tell you specifically about your case. Bone and the quality of bone is critical. The fit of your denture must be correct. The IMTEC's will make your denture feel like it is not moving.
