Question:
Dentures: My teeth are horrible and I have no molars at all left on the bottom.
My teeth are soft and will not hold fillings. I was in a wreck that gave me major facial trauma and made my teeth loose.
I was wondering what to do as I have been putting off getting dentures for sometime, but I lost my last molar on the bottom, on the side I chew on today. So now I will have to do something.
I need to know what to do as I will need to get my teeth pulled then dentures. After the dentures when can I get the implants to hold them in place. What is denture stabilization? ...Visitor from OH
Answer:
We have helped many patients such as yourself who have suffered with the same symptoms you are experiencing.
For denture patients a variety of implant solutions can be used to replace entire arches of teeth. Mini implants can be used to stabilize denture products and help stimulate bone tissue that is necessary for maintaining bone health.
Traditional dental implants can also be used also for anchoring dentures or individual tooth replacement. As you may already know, implants don't decay at all and usually last a lifetime if taken care of.
