Question:
Can't Smile with Teeth Showing: I have never really been able to smile with teeth. In other words when I smile it's almost like I have to force my mouth to show teeth in my smile.

Otherwise, its just a normal smile with no teeth. I want a full smile showing a large normal smile with teeth....what can I do? ... Visitor from NY

Answer:
That really big smile like Julia Roberts comes from some physical attributes.

What we perceive as a beautiful smile often corresponds to certain proportions that the teeth have with each other and the face. The bone structure needs to be in proper relationship with each other and the face.

To answer your question, most likely a lot can be done to help you achieve what you want, however you need to be seen by a qualified dentist to determine exactly what should be done and what comes first.
