Question:
Overbite correction without Orthodontics? I am 36 years old and I have a slight overbite.
My top teeth overlap onto my bottom teeth but do not touch my gums. My dentist has never mentioned anything about correcting this.
Is there anything that I can do to correct this problem with out doing anything noticable like getting bracing or wearing a retainer? ...Visitor from MI
Answer:
No.
Anything done to change your teeth needs to be done with orthodontic braces or retainers such as Invisalign.
I am sure if you bring this up to your dentist they can give you appropriate counseling.
