Question:
Deep Overbite: I have a deep overbite where my bottom teeth touch the roof of my mouth.
When my nose is clogged for some reason it gets really sore.
Is there anything I can do to lessen the soreness? It gets so bad that I don't want to bite down all the way. ...Visitor from WI
Answer:
This condition can get much worse if left untreated.
If your overbite is so severe, and you are biting into the roof of your mouth, it gets more severe and intense when your glands are swollen.
It is hard to say without seeing you, but I would highly suggest getting an orthodontic
consult.
