Gum and Mouth Symptoms

Question:
I have severe pain in the entire right side of my face-top teeth, bottom teeth, roof of my mouth. When I try something hot to eat or drink, the pain is excruciating.

It seems to emanate from my top back teeth. I do have metal fillings in those teeth. Could this be a filling problem, a sinus problem or something more serious. I have heard that mouth pain can signal heart problems. ...Carol in PA

Answer:
Carol, sounds like you may be on your way to some tooth infections. You need x-rays and evaluation. There is a big correlation between your teeth and heart. Don't delay treatment!
