Question:
My partial is 40 years old. Two prongs have broken off.

My dentist said it cannot be fixed. If so, what is best to product to hold it in place since it jumps out when I eat. .... Visitor from CA

Answer:
Denture adhesive probably won't hold it in place well.

More likely, you will need a replacement partial.
