Question:
Long Term Tooth Sensitivity: I have had sensitive teeth for years.
Is there a treatment to help this, that can last for several years? I cannot even eat fruits, because the acid makes my teeth hurt for days. ...Visitor from OH
Answer:
You can have your dentist apply desensitizing medicines to your teeth - set up an appointment. You can use home fluoride and tooth desensitizing toothpastes to further reduce sensitivity.
Lastly, and most importantly have your teeth checked to make sure you don't have cavities, failing dentistry or periodontal disease. Good luck
