Dentures and TMJ: Can someone who has had all their teeth extracted and then had dentures made but, never worn the dentures for many many years have TMJ symptoms due to stress on the joints?

With all teeth missing your jaw naturally overcloses causing stress to the TMJ.
The treatment is teeth that fit and you wear. Three implants placed in the front area of the lower jaw provide excellent stability for the lower dentures.
Standard upper dentures can normally be worn in comfort.
