Fix Underbite without Surgery? I'm 19 years old and I have a mini underbite.
Its not that bad but it is still an underbite! Because of the underbite, my face looks flat, except for my nose.

The advice I am giving is without seeing you so it may be totally wrong in your particular case.
In a moderate anterior crossbite situation that you describe, it is possible to correct the crossbite without surgery, taking for granted the bone structure is typical of a healthy nineteen year old.
The maxillary (upper) teeth can be pushed forward.
