Question:
I had jaw surgery on my underbite when I was 15. I am now 20 and my jaw grew back to the way it looked prior to surgery. I would like to get it done again. Do you think this is a good idea? Do you think it will reverse again? ...Visitor from Iowa

Answer:
Only an oral surgeon could answer your question. Sorry!

There are too many variables involved and you need to get a few opinions on this difficult subject. You should also consult with an orthodontist.
