Remaining tooth structures (roots) are extracted followed up with periodontal procedures to remove remaining diseased and infected tissues and to place four traditional implants that will require normal osseointegration time frame. Fitting of an immediate denture during same appointment enables patient to avoid being toothless while implants full integrate into the maxilla which will later become an implant supported prosthesis.
