    Veneer Questions Ask The Dentist Mitch Pohl Question:
    Bugs Bunny: My front two teeth are extremely noticable. I was just wondering if there is anyway I can make them smaller so they won't look like bugs bunny teeth? ...Visitor from FL

    Answer:
    It may be possible to change the appearance of your two front teeth so that they don't seem as large and prominent.

    The simplest way may be to cosmetically contour the teeth so that we change the line angles of reflection. Changing the way light is reflected back from the tooth can create the illusion that the tooth is narrower. In addition, rounding the corners of the tooth will also help ceate a narrower appearance.

    The other alternative would be to do porcelain veneers on at least the six anterior teeth to balance them proportionately. Of course we would have to clinically evaluate yor situation to see if either if these options is viable.
