Live surgery example of removing a failed anterior upper bridge due to leakage and severe decay of underlying tooth structures and anchor points. Remaining tooth structures (roots) are extracted followed up with periodontal procedures to remove remaining diseased and infected tissues. Grafting procedures treated need for hard and soft tissue repair. Four (4) traditional implants are placed, which will required normal time for full osseointegration. Fitting of an immediate denture during same appointment enables patient to avoid being toothless while implants full integrate into the maxilla which will later become an implant supported prosthesis.
