I got my wisdom teeth removed 2 days ago. Football camp is coming up in 6 days. How long does it usually take for the swelling to go down? Do you think I have enough time to get better before camp? Visitor from NJ

Answer:
Normally 10 -14 days, especially if you are on antibiotics. I would not do anything strenuous for at least 14 days. Your jaws will be completely healed in about 4 months.
