Question:
Graft for 60% Loss of bone for dentures? I have had dentures for 3 years, they have never fit properly.
I have 60% bone loss (upper). I was wondering if I would have a bone graft if my dentures would fit better? ... Visitor from FL
Answer:
Generally I would say that if you had some form of bone augmentation to increase bone volume, you would be able place implants to aid in denture retention.
You would have to be evaluated to see which type of bone augmentation procedure would be best suited for you.
