Question:
Mini Implants require bone grafting? Can MINI implants be used to support the replacement of one or two missing teeth - with or without bone grafting? .... Visitor from MO
Answer:
While the highest and best use of mini-dental implants is to retain lower dentures, they are also able to support crowns.
Mini-dental implants do not do well however, with grafted bone. So, if you need grafting, you might consider traditional implants.
